Principal of the firm, Shane Wherity, obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in Building Surveying in 2001 and then became a full professional member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCS) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2005. He is also an SCS Accredited Conservation Surveyor (Grade 3). Shane Wherity has worked as a Building Surveyor since 2002 and has undertook a large variety of prestigious instructions within central London and the Republic of Ireland. Wherity Chartered Surveyors provide a wide of range of property, construction and land services. All of our services are carried out by experienced fully qualified Chartered Building Surveyors, with all instructions supervised by the principal of the firm.
